Tara grew up in Idaho, graduated from Lewis-Clark State College, and has lived in Moscow for ten years. She joins West Associates Services PLLC after nearly twenty years growing a broad financial and administrative background in the non-profit sector.

Her past life also dabbled in pursuit of the creative arts including writing, video production, and photography. In her spare time, you will likely find her at live music concerts, taking pictures, writing poetry or learning something new.
